"Too small and old bathroom."

"Beach was beautiful. Staff amazing especially front desk and bar. Air conditioning was fine. Room was 8 out of 10"

"Great bar and view but that's about it. The room was so hot that it was virtually impossible to sleep. When we told the front desk they said they can't turn the AC on because it's not the season. We asked for a fan and they said they didn't have one. Everything we asked for was an instant NO. Not let me look into that or let me see what i can do. They said open the window bit the window only opened a few inches and the noise from the street and the train constantly running also made it impossible to sleep. Find some place else to stay that's more accommodating. There are plenty of choices. "

"Hotel location was superb but feel the hotel needs some serious upgrading. The money charged for rooms there should be no excuse. We were happy overall but not value for money "

"Location accessible in all directions - minutes away from old & new towns & seafront promenade. Spacious well appointed clean & comfortable room with modern decor. Wide choice at breakfast buffet. Lovely L'Occitane toiletries with rain head shower. Helpful welcoming staff "

"Clean and convenient for the tram, bus and Promenade des Anglais. Pool was a little chilly but it was early March. Staffing was a bit light given how busy the place was but they worked really hard. One team to the airport and easy to get to the railway station. I would stay here again. "

"The property was generally clean. However if you get, as they put it a 'basic' room, it does not come with the basic items you would expect or are complimentary at other hotels such as shampoo, conditioner, lotion etc. Generally the staff was friendly and helpful although some left much to be desired."
