"Holly was perfectly nice in person but there are some things that were just not expected/great.Booked this as "Entire Home." When we arrived we saw other cars there and we weren't even sure it was the right location. Turns out the owner lives downstairs. Since we brought a dog who might bark when crated, this was super stressful to find out. The binder inside states that her listing says she lives downstairs, however, after arriving home, we confirmed that the VRBO listing we booked from does not state that. Screenshot included if possible with VRBO.We talked with Holly about leaving the dog while we did some things and she said, in her crate it was fine and that she cannot hear the noise from upstairs.The space is adequate, but rather small, about 32-35' long we estimate. We had 3 adults and a dog w/crate. The TV is in the bedroom area so watching tv is a not too comfy.The bathroom felt a bit like if an airplane bathroom had a shower also. Yes, it is a shower but there is no room for a grown man or any bathroom toiletries.Location is super close to Denali Brewing but about 15 mins to the town area of Talkeetna, 5-7 mins from Cubby's grocery/gas. Big deck with a gate at the top to keep the dog in which was nice. Unfortunately, a neighbor puppy kept running up the stairs and having negative interactions with our dog who felt cornered. Holly was aware and did try to mediate but it made it hard to take our dog out to potty or spend time outside."

"Stayed for one night as a pit stop. The Cabin was as pictured, clean, comfortable and spacious. The upstairs loft (ladder access) was perfect for our teenager. The proximity to Denali Brewing Company was a bonus. Wouldn't hesitate to book again."

The hosts truly go above and beyond with this property and it shows. The yard is immaculate and our kids played for hours out in the beautiful grass. Would absolutely stay here again!"
