Appartement pratique et bien situĂ© dans rĂ©sidence calme avec un parking apprĂ©ciable. Un peu de passage dans la rue mĂȘme la nuit. Cave avec LL et SL mais partagĂ©e Ă  3 appartement, pas dit dans l'annonce. PropretĂ© gĂ©nĂ©rale bonne mais dĂ©pend surtout du loueur prĂ©cĂ©dent, donc ne pas regarder de prĂšs dans les coins et le dessus du frigo ;-)

A savoir Ă©galement qu'avec un enfant en bas Ăąge (<2/3 ans) l'appartement n'est pas forcĂ©ment appropriĂ© : pas de petit lit, pas de baignoire et les fenĂȘtres sont basses sans barreaux de protection (donc dangereux lorsqu'elles sont ouvertes).

Situé tout prÚs du centre ville avec une place de stationnement incluse. Parfait pour une famille avec deux enfants.
