"We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel. Everyone was very nice and attentive, they made sure we had the information we needed and that everything in our room worked properly. The hotel's location is great, you're near the Gran Via, the Plaza Mayor, the Palacio Real and Catedral de Almudena, the Puerta de Alcalá, and various museums as well as great restaurants, including MasterChef; you're within walking distance of most of these places and the Mercado de San Miguel, which is a great and exciting place to eat and buy things. We want to particularly thank Gonzalo, Jesús, Alvaro and Gloria for making our stay a great one, your service and warmth made a great difference for us. ¡¡Muchas gracias!! "Awesome experience "

"Really appreciated the hotel. The location was central to everything we wanted to do. The hotel staff was very friendly and professional. You were greeted upon arrival, we used the service of the concierge twice to book excursions, the breakfast buffet was AMAZING ! We appreciated the access to the roof top bar. Our room was very comfortable, great view and it was nice and quiet. Hotel security was outstanding, no one could get in without being a guest and the elevator card system was very efficient. The one minor issue that would need attention .... the bathroom towels could be more "plush". I would definitely stay at this hotel again when we come back to Madrid. "
