"Casino feels lovely! Clean rooms and respectful staff. Problem during check-in. Excalibur cannot find our reservation to name mixed-up, but good thing when we call Expediate they were able to find our reservation and they call the property."

"Got this room at a great price. I’ve stayed here before, so I knew that it would be nice. We don’t get 2 queen beds as we booked, but the customer service was great and they brought us a roll away bed for the kids. We also needed maintenance to come to our room and that took a while. But the customer service was exceptional both times I had to contact them. The rooms are clean and very beautiful. The bathrooms and bedrooms are large and spacious. The casino is great with plenty of places to eat. Located in a great spot on the strip as well. "
