"Good price , okay room with acceptable cleanliness. Offered room service. Parking is horrible and they closed the self parking downstairs causing a big line to wit to get in and out. Self check in should be clear with parking option to add on $20 per day and to exist with the room key not the parking ticket issued"

"I go there almost every two years and I really like the location and swimming pool at this hotel. However, what I felt during this trip was that the attitude of the staff at the front desk did not match the status of this hotel. I checked in via mobile, but a room wasn't assigned for over two hours, so I asked some front desk staff, but they only responded casually and didn't seriously try to resolve my issue. Fortunately, with the help of a female employee, she said that the resort fee were not settled, and then she told another method, which resolved the issue. While outwardly satisfactory, it seems that front desk staff require a lot of training and attention."

"We had an upgraded room it was very nice! I had a great time. I would just keep in mind the resort fees per day as well as the deposit for the weekend it was a total of $263 plus valet parking at $30 a day"
