From the moment i arrived, everything was exceptional, and the attention to detail truly made the experience so special. She made sure every detail was perfect, from the beautiful room setup to the thoughtful birthday touches and treatment. Her kindness, care and genuine effort made me feel incredibly special and looked after. The hotel is absolutely stunning, but it was the exceptional service and personal touches that made this birthday stay truly memorable. "We stayed here as a family of five (2 adults and 3 children) from the UK for just six hours before continuing our journey, but we were genuinely impressed. The room was spotless, the beds were exceptionally comfortable (honestly up there with some of the best luxury hotels we’ve stayed in), and the whole hotel felt modern, quiet and well maintained. The location is ideal—around 10 minutes from Dubai International Airport and only a short walk to the Metro, making it a great base if you’re arriving early or have a layover. Breakfast was excellent, with plenty of choice, attentive staff and great made-to-order coffee. Our only regret was not having longer to enjoy the hotel. Tip for travellers: If your flight arrives very early and your main hotel is some distance away (ours was a 1½-hour drive to Abu Dhabi), consider booking a night here instead of paying for an extra night at your resort just so you can check in at 5am. We had a proper night’s sleep, enjoyed breakfast, and then travelled to Abu Dhabi refreshed and ready to start our holiday. It also saved us around £640 (yes we only paid £60 for 5 of us!!) compared with paying for an extra night at our £700-a-night resort where your already missed your evening meal and what your paying for! For anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient and excellent-value stay near Dubai Airport, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend the DoubleTree by Hilton Al Jadaf."

"The cleaners are top-notch. Amenities not good; the television was not working to our expectations. The phones are old; it works and then stop working. I don't know who was watching us over the cameras but they did something that made us feel embarrassed. At first, we were playing cards game me and my friend in the lobby because they were cleaning out room and then one of the guy from the reception came to us and said we are not allowed to do that and that we should go back to our room and do it. Even when we told him that they are cleaning our room for now, he still insist saying it came from management. I also went by the restaurant trying to stretched my legs and they sent security to come tell me that I should seat up straight and not lie down. That is really poor customer service. Beyond that, I like the kitchen and I love the view they gave me even though it was a smoking room which felt bad at first. The swimming pool guys also asked a lot of questions before letting you swim; like would a random person just go and swim at your pool? That moment was awkward. Beyond everything I have said, I might still recommend someone to your apartment because of the safety; cameras everywhere are good. But please update the elevator as well so that only resident of the building can use it with their card. Thank you! "
