Very pleasant but no paintings or artwork on the walls felt a bit sterile. No coffee table for when you are watching tv. Otherwise great.

Comfortable with some good food
We have stayed a couple of times now and really enjoy the place. One main issue is when others impose their noisy and obnoxious behaviour that can be heard through the walls until all hours and reception doesn’t seem to care about it. Makes it very disappointing. This is a real shame as it’s a wonderful place and 95% of the staff are absolutely fantastic

It is a very convenient place to stay. It has meals at fair prices, though the drinks are a bit expensive. The rooms are very tidy but could do with upgrading. No convenient power outlet near the bed. Very reasonable rates for accommodation. Marty.

Unfortunately both spas were out of order which was disappointing. We weren’t made aware that there were building works happening either. Staff we encountered were fantastic though.

Great property with everything you need. The only flaw is the construction work being done near the rooms, there was no noise just excavation works. This didn’t affect our stay and we had a great time.

Excellent accommodation and friendly service at the Rich River Golf Club Resort. However cannot say the same about Expedia(Hotels.com who were less than helpful when we tried to contact them re our booking, therefore will not be booking accommodation through them again

The accommodation rooms were in need of repair and were not very clean the bathroom floor especially scuff marks on the walls plaster on corners missing in chunks. If thie was addressed the place would have felt a lot better.

Absolutely fabulous, especially the staff
Our Queen Twin Room was very comfortable. We have not stayed here for approximately 15 years and the refurbished room was great. Great atmosphere terrific staff totally enjoyed our stay and will be back, well done
