The staff was excellent! Front desk and all. Shout out to the gentleman that was out with the breakfast scene. SO friendly and he had great advise about touring Arches and Canyonlands. We will be back next year!

My family and I stayed in 2 rooms for 2 nights during a visit to Arches NP. It’s conveniently located near the park but on a main road, so we heard a lot of truck noise. The walls were thin and reverberated when our neighbor swung his door against the wall. Breakfast was good and the staff attentive. It was great to utilize the fitness room and laundry room. Overall, a good stay.

I loved the hot tub area. Breakfast was great . The only thing I would change is the pullout couch. It’s horrible like sleeping on a bunch of springs no cushion:(

Friendly & welcoming staff. Location was great with many restaurant optolions close by. Room was very clean, bed was comfy. My only complaint is that the desk clerk could not see my room rate from Expedia on her database so she couldn't print me a receipt with the total cost.

The kitchen staff were all so nice and they had great options for breakfast. It was very clean and a great place to be able to walk around town. I would definitely stay here again, we were very impressed!

We really appreciated the convenience of this well maintained hotel. We spent our days exploring the trails surrounding Moab and then return to our hotel, got refreshed, grabbed an espresso from the lobby, then walked to a restaurant or shop. Our room was comfortable, quiet and well supplied. The breakfast offerings are average, but the staff is warm and welcoming, making our morning experience memorable. We were there in cooler weather and didn't use the outside table seating, but it looked like a great place to relax in warmer weather. Bikes cannot be stored in your room, but the bike storage area is safe and easy to access. We really enjoyed visiting here in the off season - the room price was reasonable and there were no crowds or lines to wait in. Thank you, BW!

The noise from the room above, kept us from getting any sleep for 2 of the 4 nights we stayed. The breakfast was very good as well as the staff.

Awesome property with huge hot tub. Great breakfast and close to many dining options for the evening. Appreciated the coffee/latte/hot chocolate machine in the entryway. Only complaint was our room smelled a little musty/smoky.

Centrally located in Moab. Large room with two queen beds. Clean bathrooms. Free ample parking. Breakfast had free coffee. Perhaps healthier breakfast options would be desirable but otherwise fine.

Such a great hotel. We stayed here years ago but they've made a number of updates and it's so nice! Location is great, right in town. And the price was really affordable. Staff was friendly and helpful, especially Diego who ran the breakfast the first morning we were there. We'd definitely stay here again!

Great Best Western! One of the best I’ve stayed in. The staff is very attentive, beautiful and clean room. Housekeeping staff makes extra effort to leave beautiful touches (eg paper rose out of toilet paper, a bow out of two towels, etc). Blackout curtains and those are so helpful. Front desk staff has been phenomenal and very friendly! Highly recommend and will stay again!

We always stay here when visiting Moab for our son's swim meets. They accommodate the entire swim team. There is a large dining area and it is conveniently located. Friendly staff is always a plus.

Hello Parker. I do apologize that you did not like our no bicycles in our guest rooms policy. We did not come to that decision lightly. It was years of bicycles tracking in red dirt into our carpets and guests using our white towels to clean the bikes that prompted that decision. We do, however, offer a complimentary fully secure bicycle storage in our basement. We appreciate your feedback.

Liked the hotel. It was nice and great location. The only thing that was odd about the hotel was you cannot cart your luggage to your room on the second floor. There are steps halfway down the hallway you must navigate. Other than that, nice hotel. Staff was great, breakfast was good, clean and quiet.
