"Everything was good except the check-in and the fact there was nobody to talk to face to face. It says on Expedia that it's an hotel but hotels have check-in desk etc."

"This was my favourite stay in my trip. Greeted at the entrance by a staff member whoofferex me a cokd towel and drink while they checked me in. Room was lovely. I gad difficulty with the room temperature and staff dealt eith ut whike I was at dinner. They took a photo of the remote and labelled it in English for me. The food is the highlight! It is a fixed menu full of drlightes each evening. There was miscommunication about my dietary requirements on the first night and chef made me a different course in the moment. Do rake their advice and get a taxi from station. Wonderful all round."

Petit détail : j'aurais aimé un deuxième oreiller, je n' ai pas demandé peut -étre que l'on me l'aurait accordé. "This location is right next to Saijo station - an excellent place to stay with quick access to Sakagura street to visit all of the sake breweries. My only complaint is there’s only one elevator for the whole hotel so for events like the Saijo Sake Matsuri it takes a long time to get to and from your room, and the breakfast area becomes very crowded. they do have a washer and dryer which I used twice very convenient very efficient. The coffee maker was broken for two of the three days I stayed so that was a bummer. I wish they could’ve given everyone ¥200 to go to the 7-Eleven for coffee or just brew it in the kitchen!"
