So many opportunities for snorkeling at this beach, a nearby lagoon and at other properties was the highlight.

"We had a fantastic stay at Villa Conte! The villa was clean and comfortable, plus top notch amenities were provided. The owners were so sweet and attentive to making sure our stay was perfect. The nearby beach was gorgeous, and food was fantastic at the resort just down the road. We loved the private pool each afternoon and evening. It was the best spot for our Miyako stay! * The staff were outstanding. They went above and beyond for our family.

* Japan is a reservation focused country, we found. We found it a challenge to navigate some of this at this location. If you want to have lunch, for example, you need to make a reservation for the shuttle and a reservation for some of the dining locations - lunch is not provided at this hotel.
