"Beautiful property "

"ミラージュビーチフロントに宿泊。 良かったところ 部屋は広くて清潔。オーシャンビューなので眺めも抜群。 施設も豪華で敷地も広く、一言で言うなら『ゴージャス』。 残念だったところ ミラージュビーチフロントにはラウンジしかなく、しかも20時で終わり。 ダイビングに行くためホテルを7:30には出ないといけないけど、朝食は7:00から。 スタッフの応対は丁寧だけど、エントランスにドアアテンダントがいなくて朝食会場を教えてもらえなかったり、朝食会場で待たされたり。 ターンダウンサービスは18:00まで。 敷地内にレストランはたくさんあるけど、ウェブ予約は前日までにしなければならず、当日電話で予約しようとしても、電話が繋がらないところが多数。 施設はいいけど料金の割に各種のサービスが使いづらく正直コスパはあまり良くなかった印象です。"

"Location was at the end of a series of resort properties that are all related. You use a shuttle bus to move between them to access different restaurants and properties. So many opportunities for snorkeling at this beach, a nearby lagoon and at other properties was the highlight. Excellent staff, clean, comfortable rooms, lots to see and do nearby."

She made sure that every need that we had was attended to, whether it be restaurant reservations, transportation, booking a boat, booking our nightly massages….we felt that she bent over backwards for us. We have stayed at many 5 star resorts around the world and The Shigira ranks up as one of the best experiences that we have had."

"Staying here was like staying in a college dorm room that has an efficient kitchen to cook a little in and million dollar balcony view. If you aren’t too picky about room features and overall wear and tear, it would be hard to beat the value here."
