"What an absolute gem this property is! Well decorated, well run, lovely outdoor area and close to all the marina action if you want it. It was so peaceful and quiet, our rooms were fabulous! The breakfast is absolutely excellent. The proprietors take pride in what they do and it shows in every aspect of their service and interaction with their guests. I am so sad we only had one night here. Book it and know you are going to have the BEST stay."

"I can’t recommend Gaja Rooms highly enough. Even before arriving, the owner, Demet, was incredibly helpful with tips and advice. The place feels newly refurbished; the rooms are spacious, spotless, and tastefully furnished, and I only regret staying for just one night. The location is ideal—set in a very quiet part of the old town, yet perfectly placed for exploring the city and easily reaching great restaurants, cafés, and pubs. "We stayed at this hotel for just transit one night from efpes to istanbul. Restaurant for breakfisrt was very good. But this hotel is for family type because 3bed and 2 rooms with kichen tools. We were just 2 peoples. Hotel locate in olive trees forest. Problems is parking because it is outside to hotel separately. Suggest to load it to front desk after park car and drive car to parking lots. Generally hotel was good but note this hotel is for family group not single or couple."
