"In downtown Ayvalik. Walking distance to everywhere. Very clean and not noisy neigbourood. You need to share the bathroom. It says parking available but you need to leave at the paid parking. Use Pazaryeri which belong to the municipality and 20% of the private parkings. "

The negative aspects are the lack of evening supervision of the guesthouse, as well as the guests are different, as we had to calm down three young people who were drinking alcohol and smoking until 2 a.m. The guesthouse can be locked from the inside with a deadbolt, making it impossible to open it from the outside with a key. It is unclear who came up with this idea, but there were issues with accessing the guest house as someone had locked the door. We recommend staying there for one night, but no more."
