The hotel is amazing. Big and confortable rooms. Great variety for breakfast. Swimming pools (outdoor and indoor), sauna and hamam, gym. It has everything and everything work at its best. A real five star hotel! I totally recommend it.

Scary and unsafe for families with kids. The windows open outwards with no child screen. Fall hazard. Parking is free but every time you need to go in or out you have to tell front desk. No card entry in parking. No microwave. We had to go to restaurant every time to warm our child’s milk.

The hotel is beautiful. Perfectly located - our room overlooked the Dardanelles Strait. The lobby is spacious and staff super friendly and accommodating. The rooms are large and clean. Beds comfortable. For a large hotel, surprisingly quiet. Great stay

Hotel's location was very convenient, very close to the center, malls and cafes around. Pool and spa Facilities were very good as well. Breakfast had plenty of choices. Staff was very friendly. Good choice for families with kids.

What a wonderful hotel. Perfect in all ways. The room was very modern, immaculately clean, with an amazing view. Music by the pool stops at a reasonable hour so you can have a restful night. The staff was very helpful and the all inclusive breakfast was out of this world!!! Fit for a king. I loved the morning walk along the shore through the gate. Wishing I could have stayed longer but hope to be back.

We just got home from our trip to Kolin Hotel & Spa. I’ll preface my review saying all-in-all it wasn’t a bad stay. However I have some grievances for a supposed 5 star hotel. Although our room was a newer bosphorus suite we were quite uncomfortable our entire stay. The sofa, chairs, and even bed aren’t anything near the quality you’d expect from a 5 star resort. That’s when it occurred to us, Kolin hotel owners probably designated it 5 stars themselves. Upon entering our room we were hit with an insanely hot room. The thermostats were reading 28.5 degrees in one room and close to 29 in the main sleeping room. I instantly went to turn on the so called AC. I waited about 5-10 minutes and noticed it was now about 30 degrees in the room. I kept turning on the AC and turning it back on lowering the temperature and upping the fan speed. Only to climb up on a chair to feel the air ducts blowing out warm air. At this point I had to turn off the AC and open the windows and smell the nasty cigarette smoke. I phoned the reception two times and asked if we could get a tower fan or have someone check the AC. We kept getting the run around that they had to check with a manager to check the AC. In any case, nothing was done and we were pretty hot the whole stay. Breakfast was also just basic and ok, nothing special. I likely wouldn’t stay here again and would probably stay at the Hilton up the street next time.

Es wird entgegen des Verbots im Hotel im Zimmer und im Essbereich geraucht. Hier scheint das vereinzelte Ignorieren des Rauchverbots keine Konsequenzen für die Gäste zu haben, zumindest nicht während unseres Aufenthalts. Das ist sehr unangenehm für die anderen Gäste und insbesondere für Kinder nicht akzeptabel.

Yatak çarşaflarında siyah lekeler vardı, onun haricinde oda ve banyo temizdi, kahvaltı güzeldi, otelin plajı yok fotoğraflarda otele ait plaj vardı gittiğimizde denize kıyısı olduğunu fakat plaj olmadığını gördük, herkes havuz kullandığı için açık havuz yetersiz olabiliyor, yüzmek isterseniz kapalı havuz daha sakin. Ayrıca bazen düğün organizasyonu olabiliyor bu sebeple eğer tatilinize denk gelirse 7-12 arası sese maruz kalabiliyorsunuz.
