Property is outdated and needs some renovation. Swimming pool is nice and big but if you look closely you will see dirty spots on the tiles. The pool needs to be cleaned throughout. The best part about the food is the baked breads and the salads, not enough meat and the fish was low quality.

We kwamen rond 17u aan in het hotel. Het inchecken verliep aanvankelijk vlot, maar daarna begon de miscommunicatie. Een medewerker bracht ons eerst naar een kamer die al bezet was. Vervolgens werden we naar een andere kamer gebracht, maar ook daar bleek iets niet in orde te zijn. We hadden twee kamers gereserveerd, maar kregen te horen dat we moesten wachten tot 18u, terwijl de officiële check-in vanaf 14u is. Na duidelijk te maken dat dit niet aanvaardbaar was, kregen we uiteindelijk twee kamers, maar deze bevonden zich niet op hetzelfde niveau, wat niet handig was. Het personeel kwam erg onvriendelijk over: geen glimlach, geen begroeting en geen uitleg over het hotel. Op onze vraag kregen we enkel een QR-code, maar de informatie daarin was verouderd. Zo stond er bijvoorbeeld dat er tot 23u thee verkrijgbaar is in de lobby, terwijl dat volgens het personeel maar tot 22u is – en dat dit “informatie van vorige zomer” zou zijn. Het eten was wel goed, daar hebben we niets op aan te merken. Maar alles samen genomen, is dit hotel voor ons zeker niet voor herhaling vatbaar.

Oteli genel olarak beğendik. Manzarası guzel, temiz. Aksam yemekleri biraz daha ana yemek bazında kaliteli olabilir, sabah kahvaltısı güzeldi. Termal alanda bazı musluklar çalışmıyordu, örnegin ana havuzun ve jakuzinin. Canlı müzik gayet iyiydi, personel ilgili. Oda geniş.

Genel olarak iyiydi otel, gerek odalar, gerek diğer yerler gayet temizdi. Gerek kahvaltı gerek akşam yemeğinde bol çeşit vardı. Çalışanlar gayet ilgili ve yardımseverlerdi. Yalnız yarım pansiyon olunca kahvaltı be akşam yemeği arası çok fazla olduğundan arada mecbur bişeyler almak zorunda kalıyorsunuz..sabah kahvaltıdan kalan poğaçaları falan arada ikram edebilirler bence

Konumu ve konseptine uygun işletme anlayışı göremediğimiz bir tatil oldu. Yönetim eksikliğinin yeterli servis sunulamadığını sanıyorum. Mevcut imkanlar iyi bir organizasyon ile değerlendirilse yıldızlarına yakışır bir otel olabilir. Bu haliyle vasatı geçmeyen görüntüsü var. Temizlik konusu sınırda, yemek lezzeti bakımından iyi notu haketmiyor.
