The owners are very sweet extremely accommodating, great location has a steakhouse literally in the same parking lot they’re shopping all around you. It’s a really good little location. "This property was a cozy homebase for our family as we explored Chatham and the surrounding area. We appreciated the full kitchen and saved a lot of money eating most meals in. Dining on the backyard patio was especially relaxing. The fenced-in yard offered peace of mind, the property was well maintained, the neighborhood was safe and quiet and the neighbors were friendly. Host was responsive when we needed to get in touch. We would definitely book again."

"I stayed in Chatham for the first time and couldn't be happier with this hotel. The room was new and it looks like the hotel has recently been renovated. Whoever picked the tiles for the floor and counters great choice. We have no complaints at all. The breakfast was great, and the staff was very friendly, even bringing out different types of yogurt for our kids. There was a wide selection for breakfast, which we really appreciated. The location was excellent, close to many restaurants. The only downside is that there are no elevators, so it could be a challenge for older guests if they are on the second floor. Overall, it was a wonderful stay for our family!"
