It was a new building. No manual locks on doors, one of the lights were flickering, pillows are old, towels have black marks, customer service was lacking - different dialect in front of the guest which was unprofessional.

The hotel was very quiet and relaxing. The hotel was clean and the hosts made sure we got extra towels, etc. when we asked for them. The hosts were very welcoming and very helpful. They provided us with information about the area. We will be back.

We were on a work related trip with a limited budget. We decided on this location based on fair reviews and good price. Upon arriving the smell in the room was awful. The bathroom was very dirty. There was human body hair on the sheets. This gave us reason to remove the sheet to check for possible bed bugs. We did not find any bugs but we did uncover an extremely stained mattress that looked like it was pulled out of a dumpster. Outside of the building there was old furniture and garbage bags. Unsalted walkways. We left to find another location for our stay.

Limited spaces. Can’t eat properly, no chairs. No microwave, no coffee maker. Curtains flying in air conditioning air flow. U can hear noise from outside. People coming, shutting door etc.

The property has people living there permanently. People that are, for lack of a better way of saying this, less desirable. When we pulled back the sheets to see the cleanliness, there was evidence of bed bugs on the mattress -- small black dots in the piping of the mattress. Management would not authorize a refund. Expedia offered a $25 credit. There were no other rooms available in Chatham so we drove to Windsor and slept there for the night. Don't go unless you want to take hitchhikers along.
