Holiday inn always has a great staff, we enjoyed golfing close by and coming back to the hotel and went for a nice swim pool temperature was perfect. Nice to have the free breakfast in the morning.

I really enjoyed my stay at the holiday inn in chathum. The rooms were clean, the staff were friendly, the breakfast was great, free parking, comfortable beds and pillows, water pressure was great what more could you ask for?!

Main lobby , customer service and breakfast all wonderful. Once you go on your floor you feel like you are in a scary movie. Hallways are dark, grungy. Room was grungy, outdated. I was on the 3rd floor, even heard other people at the restaurant talk about how dated and disappointed they were. Hopefully renovations are on the way 😊

I have stayed at this property multiple times over the years but it’s time for a refresh. Need new toilets, fixtures and bathroom fans. I see that they have started but our room certainly wasn’t. Service team was great at checkin.

great breakfast, great staff. room has wall paper peeling off walls, wear marks, many signs there hasn't been a full refresh in awhile. good water pressure in the shower. the bed was OK. not great but not terrible. decent stay, though somewhat overpriced compared to other similar hotels nearby.

Room was clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. Hot and cold breakfast selection was excellent. Lots of parking. ChargePoint electric vehicle charging station is a 5 minute walk away (on the other side of the convention center which is the building next door. The charging station is a slow 3.5 kW/h with a J1772 (not Tesla) connection.
