"Everything was pretty much great. The only thing I missed was that we didn't get our room cleaned. No one offered clean towels or to dump the garbage or make the bed. Never saw any room cleaning on our floor."

"Great rooms and stay. The pools on side of building were quieter than the front "party pool" area. The drawback was that there were no towels readily available. There was a pile of used towels not picked up for 3 days."

"We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Palace Hotel, the property is unbelievable and very classy. Spent the day at the pool and had a blast. Your staff is so professional and perfect and treating people like kings. No wonder it’s called the palace didn’t get a chance to gamble as we were on a big birthday party. But we really want to come back to gamble this next time. It looks like the atmosphere there was just outstanding we loved it we live in Baton Rouge. We can’t wait to come back. Thank you. "
