Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. 1 bedroom 1 bath with a very large living room and outdoor space facing the mountains. You would have your own parking spot and your own washer and dryer. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi and an office would make your work from home experience pleasant

This is a condo on the ground floor with the not fenced backyard, overlooking a beautiful Mountain View.
You have your own dedicated parking spot and plenty of other free street parking.

Available in the unit is a have washer and dryer, coffee machine, microwave, cooktop, refrigerator, water heater kettle, hair dryer, vacuum cleaner, Tv, iron and board, mop, 3 large cooking pans and all associated cooking utilities.

I live in the condo above it. I have my own separate entrance door and we don’t share any facilities except the trash cans.

Great Location while working in the Area

We travel for work. The house was just what we needed while building a store in the Rancho Santa Margarita area. I would highly recommend this location to anyone looking to stay in this area.
