The apartment was poorly maintained. Main ensuite toilet didn't flush, A/C in all bedrooms were hardly cooling and rooms where very hot regardless of the set temp on remote, 2 of the 3 cooktop in the apartment didn't work and bedroom light circuit would trip if bathroom vent fans were turned on. Apartment was also very dusty and behind/under the fridge was discussing.
