Knee Deep Professionally Managed by Newman-Dailey

Sky above, sand below, peace within. Such serenity is absolutely possible at this South Walton beach vacation home. Decorated in soothing neutrals and accented with coastal touches, Knee Deep is the perfect beach getaway for families including your 4-legged family members.

This home is dog friendly for up to 2 dogs at a maximum of 50lbs each. You must pay a pet fee (please inquire about cost before booking) and provide up to date shot records.

We do not rent to anyone under 25 or to students.

Property rules state: no RV's or trailers of any kind are allowed to be parked in the community parking area. Please call us to arrange off site parking if you are bringing extra vehicles, a trailer or RV.

Guests receive a welcome kit with small dishwasher detergent, dish soap, sponge, a roll of paper towels, and laundry detergent. There will be an initial trash liner in each receptacle and a set of toilet paper and soaps for each bathroom provided. Guests will need to replenish supplies for longer stays.

Home away from home

It is in a great neighborhood. House has normal wear and tear. Plenty of room for big families. Overall great. Would stay again!

The house was wonderful. Each room was nicely decorated and spotless. We would return to the house

We felt the house was a perfect location . Getting a golf cart is a must. Pleasant and relaxing neighbourhood. We would definitely return!

Knee Deep 27-31

We gave 4 stars only because the pull out couch was awful. There was a bag of dog poop left hanging on the water hose spicket in back yard and a box of melted popsicles left at the front door. And the lawn people needs to take care of back yard. But the inside of the house was beautiful. All the other beds were comfortable. I would just suggest a new cleaning lady and instruct lawn maintenance to care for back yard.
