"Excellent service from check-in to check-out. Bar staff, breakfast buffet staff, and staff just doing their thing were all friendly! Room was spacious, beds were comfy, shower was great! The kids loved the indoor/outdoor pool and the hot tub. Would stay again! "

"After a very long travel day and having our flight canceled and having to spend the night in Charlotte with two small kids, we arrived at the property and Seun at the front desk was rude/had an attitude when we spoke with him. He had an attitude the entire time, and he was not kind. I was having an issue with my card and he was very dismissive and rude again. When we came down in the morning for the shuttle at 5 AM with two little kids, he was sleeping in the back office with an airport pillow around his neck snoring. I asked him a question about the shuttle. He again was rude and very unprofessional. The room was okay, but I would not stay at this property again or recommend to anyone."
