"Hotel is well-located, with free 10 minute shuttle to Lake Louise, Staff all very nice and helpful. Dinner was exceptional at the restaurant and sommelier took time to make sure we were pleased with the very nice Canadian wine we ultimately selected. Loved the place!"

"Great property, We appreciated the small kitchenette and gas fireplace and location. The only complaint was the TV, it would have been nice to be able to connect to streaming services like u tube to search content on Banff area attractions to become more educated about our surroundings."

"Rooms were spotless. The main advantage was that Johnston Canyon Falls hike, one of Banff’s attractions, begins right from the lodge. This way, you can avoid the crowds. It’s a very crowded hike. The restaurant is decent and serves its purpose. Banff town, Lake Louise, and Lake Moraine are all within easy reach."

"The location is everything! We hiked the mile to and from Lake Louise for the Lake Moraine shuttle one day and back the next to hike to the Tea House. It was a beautiful drive to and from Banff for shopping and dinner. The beds were comfortable, rooms were quiet and had everything you would need. Loved the fresh cream, milk and oat milk and also the complimentary local teas."
