The rooms and hotel were very clean. What I didn’t like what horrible rude Manager that checked me in, rather, tried to not let me check in! And too much pot smoking going on.

The room was clean the area was nice the hotel is dated it could definitely use a refresher there were no USB ports for charging so you need to bring in plugs. The bed was super firm which always hurts my back. Breakfast was a typical hotel breakfast not very exciting scrambled eggs and turkey sausage. Salsa or cheese would have been a nice touch. The price was right under a $100 dollars would possibly stay again

It was nice and clean. Very quiet and breakfast was nice. Typical continental breakfast offerings, but the ham was very good. So for that, I say it was better than most continental breakfasts. I would definitely stay again.

It is about a half an hour from the mall of America. So it’s not very ‘local’ to many attractions. The walls are very thin, but it looked like it was more modern and up to date inside the actual rooms. However, the whole place had an intoxicating smell of marijuana.

Room was warm when I checked in!! My last experience at a different hotel chain had a very cold room and I had to keep my coat on until it warmed up. This was great right at the beginning!!! Several back doors by parking lot so you can come in close to your room….super!!!

Front desk staff was polite, friendly, helpful. Hot tub fuse kept blowing... hard to relax when jumping in and out of tub. Self-service to replenish supplies (tp, coffee etc). Garbage piling up after 3 nights with no cleaning/refreshing room.

I'd probably stay here again
My room was nice and roomy. Loud AC, but that's typical. Sink with mirror is not built for a short person. The door to the bathroom felt like you were going into a small closet. Ham and scrambled eggs was served the whole week we were there. Employees said it would change throughout our stay, but it never did. Other breakfast items were your typical fare. The do have a managers reception each night 530-630 where you can get one free beverage per person. There isn't much close by. But there is a bar called JJ's right next door. They offer a small discount to people staying at the hotel.
