Rooms ahould be cleaner. Breakfast was watered down oj. No cereal toast or yogurt. If advertised should have something. Crack in bath tub and sink faucet was like a spray gun in 214.

We stayed for 2 night, paid for over $340. No pool, no hot tub, and breakfast was a joke with just a juices, coffee, and pre- packages of Cinnabon. Very noisy. Stuffs was missing and gone through while we were out and about.

The room still had a previous occupant’s items in it. The window was “secured” by a broom handle, the door did not lock properly and even the chain came off if the door was opened. Worst experience in a long time. Didn’t stay the second night.

I love the family that runs this motel. The sliding door lock was missing, and I was always cold (though that might have been a body temperature thing instead of the heater) despite turning the thermostat up to 80. I enjoyed having a fridge and microwave in the room, and the bed itself was clean and comfortable, as usual when I stay there.

Property and rooms outdated. Smell of smoke throughout the hallways even though they are non-smoking rooms. Both front entrance and back entrance doors broken and did not lock. Breakfast was hostess pastries in plastic wrapping and orange juice was brown in color. Room smelled musty.

They lie about giving the $100 deposit back. I have never gotten mine back. I wouldn’t recommend this place to any travelers. Floors were dirty and had no towels in room also

Clean but old. Towels were thin and stained. Pillows very flat and went out to buy new ones for comfort. Staff was friendly enough with what little interaction we had. Prices were high because of the events in the area.

The mattress pad was pee stained on one of the beds-requested a new one-told they didn't have extra but would double sheet the bed which they did not do. complained next morning to person on site and they didn't even offer any compensation or seem to care about the situation.

No fitted sheet on the beds. Just a mattress cover and two flat sheets.
Left my two kids there for awhile while we ran to the store and told them to use the chain lock while we were gone. When we came back we went to open the door and forgot they put the chain lock on and the without any extra force the cheap metal frame came off the wall a little bit and it just clicked back into place when we got in. It didn’t feel very safe, that’s for sure.
Not to mention the tweakers hanging around outside and the fact that the “secured” doors were open all around the building. And how they had to have a piece of wood laying in the window ledge inside to keep people from opening the window from the outside.
“Continental breakfast” was just some Little Debbie’s snack in a case, questionable colored orange juice my 3.5 yr old refused to drink after a sip, and coffee (but they were out of decaf).
We were only there for a night and I noticed all this. I will will definitely never be coming back here.

We stay here many times during the year. We have always kiked this location due to it being a quiet location. Close to stores and restaurants. But now there is an unsightly RV type situation taking place right in front of the hotel. Its unfortunate that this had to take place. We booked online and the picture of the room we thought we booked was not the room we were given. The room was really outdated and not clean. We were told they had shuttles to a venue and they didn’t. They said we could easily book an Uber which it wasn’t easy at all. Would never stay at property again.

When we checked in we were assigned to a room with dirty sheets and a door that didn’t latch properly. The staff assigned us to a different room, this room was cleaner than the previous one but I would not consider it clean by any means. The door on the room we stayed in still wasn’t latching correctly, the mattress didn’t have fitted sheets and the room could have used an overall good cleaning. I wouldn’t recommend this hotel to anyone and will not return anytime soon.

The front parking lot was all dug up. The lobby is very tiny and the check in area has bullet proof glass around the front desk. The continental breakfast area has 2 tables for 2 and a tiny counter for food. We went to our room to check it out and the hallways along with the room had a bad smell. Once in our room we decided to check out the beds because at check in there was a guest at the counter saying they found bed bugs. We looked at our beds to find dried blood stains on the fitted sheets along with black tiny particles. Don’t even get me started on the actual bedding or pillows. We literally only used the room to get ready for our concert and left and never returned. We just took the $200 loss and said we will NEVER stay at this hotel ever again!!!
