"I asked for early check in but received a message saying u had to pay all monies b4 I got an answer and when I did it stated I would get notice on the day of checking in. I followed all these rules an never got any notice of whether checking in early was possible so it inconvenience my family tremendously . Upon arrival there is no book or notice to instruct how to properly use things in the home so it was challenging trying to figure this out. Finally I realize that the WiFi code given was...
