I reported to the front desk that the floor in my room needed to be vacuumed. No one came so I saw a vacuum in the hallway I vacuumed my room myself. Also, I only saw one washcloth. I reported that to the front desk and never received additional washcloths. I saw a housekeeper between floors and asked for additional ones. The place was pleasant and the staff was friendly and kind.

The staff was very friendly ! The room is very big and space! Room was very cleaned ! We didn’t eat breakfast cuz we had to be in hospital by 545am as outpatient! Parking was nice and safe !

The location is good and we have stayed at this property several times when visiting Shreveport. Unfortunately, we will not be staying at this property anymore. The water pressure is terrible (like non-existence from the sink), the bed was uncomfortable, and the air conditioner was loud.

Everyone here is so friendly and we absolutely love the breakfast. They have a variety of options and the area is kept clean and inviting. I had stayed at this property on multiple occasions and it really is a second home. The staff goes above and beyond to make the stay comfortable.
