We enjoyed our stay and the listing was just what we had expected. It was really nice having a secure parking garage to use and the neighborhood was nice enough to walk around and grab a bite to eat!

Don’t stay here!! Place smelled like weed. We mentioned this issue and many other dirty areas of the apartment and did not get any assistance. We didn’t even end up staying the whole 3 days because of this. We even contacted corporate customer service and they were terrible too. So disappointing.

VB in Milwaukee
We enjoyed the apartment, the lounge area just outside the door, and the short walk to many places nearby. We watched VB at Baird Center, but also close by are the theater and 2 arenas, as welll as bars & restaurants. Kevin took care of our pay for parking problem! Some fixes are needed; lamp in living room, bathroom door, wobbly bed, etc.
We shouldn't have had to pay for parking.!! If I didn't wanna lose my money I would have canceled it. I told you my wife was disabled and you gave me a place with bedrooms upstairs.. She had the late on that hard sofa! Someone needs to fix that dryer stairs because we had to dry our clothes 3 times before it got dragged.! Not ever again.!

DON’T STAY HERE!WORST travel experience of my life. I travel to Milwaukee at least once a year for the last 14 years for business. I brought 5 of my employees. The post says it sleeps 6 and we booked it for 6 adults. My assistant questioned the “queen” floor mattress in the post and got vague answers but was assured that it was a queen mattress. FALSE. It’s a 4 foot long 2 inch foam pad. There was 3 of them to stack, perfect for a child but is not anything close to a queen and cannot fit adults. So 2 grown were men trying to share a sofa (not a pullout sofa). Then, NO sheets or blankets for these 2 adults. 2 queen beds upstairs had the fitted sheet and a comforter but noregular sheet (we tried to share). After the first night we figured this out and requested blankets, sheets, washcloths, and towels. Once again it says it sleeps 6 yet there was only 4 washcloths 4 towels for the 6 adults. There was a washer and dryer but we take showers in the morning so there’s not even enough supply for all of us to use before washing. This took OVER 48 hours, 5 phone calls, over a dozen messages between texts and VRBO messaging before getting anything. FINALLY brought something and they brought 3 fitted sheets, 2 reg sheets, 1 washcloth and 1 towel. STILL not what was requested and not enough for 6 people. I quit after this because it was ruining the trip. AND was clearly never vacuumed before arrival! I will be following up with VRBO requesting a refund for the unacceptable experience
Nice place once you can get in, unresponsive host, huge hassle to book, listing is misleading
This was by far the most frustrating rental I have ever booked AND the listing is misleading. Here it goes:-The host uses a rental company and the rental company requires ID validation AND a separate rental agreement AND a response to an email that you agree to their rules. -The app to complete the above requirements didn't work well; I had to complete the process 3 times and email to confirm that the process was completed, as I was getting numerous emails stating it wasn't done and the rental wasn't confirmed.-The check in information was not through VRBO, but through a 3rd party app. The information was not available until about 1 hour before check in-Upon arriving for check in, the lock box did NOT have a code to the room or the extra key that they stated would be in the lock box. -I called, texted and emailed the host and rental company for over an hour with no response (including contacting VRBO, who also got no response). Our group was stuck sitting outside on a bench waiting for a response because we had tickets to a game and needed to confirm whether we could get in or we would have to find alternative arrangements for the night.-After 1.5 hours, the code was communicated and it worked. I asked for a partial refund for the inconvenience, and was ghosted. I also submitted a formal complaint to VRBO, but have received no update.-The listing clearly states that it can sleep 6, but it cannot. It has 2 beds and a couch that is NOT a pull out, and has no bedding.
