"The staff are friendly and helpful. It’s just the small things that make the difference and it was a good stay rather than an excellent stay. The coffee machine in the restaurant needs replacing. You don’t hot water hitting your hands really! As I say, just a small blemish on an otherwise good overnight stay"

"Wifi was good, HDMI cable can be used on the TV's in the room which is handy when travelling for work or wanting to access a laptop etc. Hotel was generally clean and tidy."

"The staff were fantastic very friendly and attentive. The spa was really lovely and well run The grounds round the manor house very well looked after and make a very pleasant walk"

"Room was tired but adequate. I used the whatsapp as indicated to try and get some support with the appalling noise levels from other guests, as there was no phone, and I was a solo traveller with a child, so unable to go to the desk in the middle of the night. No answer, no support, minimal sleep. Other guests at breakfast had also had no sleep due to guest noise"

"Room was ideal as a disabled person, shower room etc… however was a long walk ( ground floor ideal though).. Very Clean & staff were very supportive "
