"The host was very helpful. The property needs new furniture in the Livingroom, the sofas were stained the rug, the futon bed my son was to sleep on had awful stains and the place had an awful smell. The pool and jacuzzi was dirty. "

"My stay got off to a bad start and never really recovered. At check-in, the front desk staff made it feel like I wasn’t welcome — no warmth, no courtesy, just a cold, dismissive attitude that set a poor tone for the entire visit. The room itself was okay — clean and comfortable enough — but very dimly lit. The lighting made the space feel gloomy and far less inviting than it should have been. Checkout was more efficient and polite, which I appreciated, but by then the damage had been done....
