Great stay but can do with a refresh

Great location, great apartment, only thing the apartment needs to be refreshed . Furniture is chipped , side draws broken , stains on the entrance table. If you look beyond that pretty comfortable. Beds and linen were great.

Not woth the money

The room looks run down , the shower was clogged up , shower shoap holder is rusted , shower extracter van did not work and was rusted , few light did not work , tv remove dis not work even after changing batteries , batroom door at the bottom was busy peeling off , no water in the room for guest , no guidance to what numbers to press on the phone to rease reception , only had 1 towl in the room had to ask for more towls overall not worth the money , staff are very friendly and was helpful

I recently stayed at this location and had a fantastic experience! The room was spotless and very comfortable, making it a great place to relax. The location is perfect, just a short walk from a shopping mall, which made it easy to explore and find everything I needed. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, always ready to assist with a smile. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a clean and convenient stay!

The place looked good and had clean surfaces but it was not cleaned properly when you really look, the couch was dirty and its really worn out, there was also a piping sound that contantly went throughout our stay that made it hard to sleep, and also construction work in the mornings that woke us up. I let the staff know but they weren’t able to fix it. But the location is great, view was beautiful, staff was very friendly and parking was also good.

Upmarket short stay option

Modern upmarket apartment with a great location and access to Marriott facilities next door. Rooms were clean, modern finishes with good amenities. Kitchen was convenient. Daily cleaning service. Would recommend for families and business traveler. Great location and within walking distance to Canal Walk.

Great area and room

The front desk was great and accommodated an early check in, it is in the same building as the Marriott hotel which needs to be stated on websites including Expedia. The apartment room was spacious but needed a hair dryer and coffee. Area is great and safe. I would easily stay there again!

This is very safe and clean residence. The Canal Walk Shopping Center is in 3 minutes distance. Today is Saturday, so I'm going to the Ratanga Park. Every Saturday, a 5km running & walking event that many residents participate in is held there. I will also join the event today and walk briskly.

Average accommodation in a good area. Apartment definitely needs some TLC. Wall cabinet was hanging off the wall. Dirty walls and front door looked like it had been through some tough times. Great shower though. Room size was great too. Bedding felt like it needed replacing. Cigarette butt on the floor outside the elevator. Not the fault of the management, but not nice to see something like this. The rate was low so that’s probably why it’s not a premium accommodation. It’s a pity as the location is excellent and it’s next to the Marriott hotel. We stayed one night before going to airport. Okay for something like that.

Decent stay for 6 days

Overall I enjoyed my stay. 7/10 However, the communication before the stay was terrible. I did not have any response up until the day I got there. The confirmation was not clear as I booked a 2 bedroom apartment but it stated 1 room, 2 queen beds. The reception staff were lovely, polite and helpful. As for the property itself. The beds are small. More like a standard double not sure why it says Queen. The property is unmaintained. Let me clarify it was mostly clean however, damaged shower holder, cracked furniture, rusty extractor fan in shower. There was a peace of kfc chicken in the sofa, balcony glass dirty. Given the amount of money I paid I expect the property to be better maintained than this. The second bedroom has no AC and a Velcro curtain. I mean for a luxury apartment unacceptable. I encourage the owner to do maintenance and get it up to a luxury standard. The bed was comfortable and for a short stay the apartment met our needs. Lastly there were no clear pictures on the website. This is misleading as it shows several apartments. It was not clear which one we were staying in.
