"Friendly staff great location clean rooms "

"Charming hotel with friendly host."

"Excellent stay close to the historical park, around a 20 minute walk to either of the historical park entrances, and a quick grab. Nice rooms with hot showers, comfy bed, good AC, friendly hosts, and beautiful common areas. Best way to visit Ayutthaya!"

"The owner and staff were very helpful and on first night owner drove us to a restaurant as the hotel is not near any restaurants."

"Quiet, authentic Thai feel within a stones throw of the major Ayuttuya sites and rivers. Lovely people who made us feel very welcome"

"Close to river good breakfast"

"Awesome guesthouse!!!"

"We have been travelling through South East Asia for over two months now. The owner and his family offered the best hospitality we've experienced so far on our trip. Not just service, but sincere hospitality. The home was spacious, clean and comfortable. We'd certainly stay again and were sad to leave after only two nights."

"Friendly staff nice massage and awesome room good simple breakfast"

"We stayed 2 night at this place and everything was as described. Staff was lovely and hotel location was perfect."

"Room is clean and convenient to commute."

"Beautiful, simple room overlooking the river. Staff was very nice and friendly, however, seemed to be new and untrained in the hospitality industry. The place could use a good cleaning - the ceiling lights were full of dead flies. Breakfast is included, but very simple. Functional, but not great. The restaurant, however, is excellent. Overall, for the price and location, it's a great stay. "

"A good hotel. Comfortable and convenient."

"不衛生な宿です。鳩の糞や何年前の人の垢なのか蓄積していて気持ち悪かったです。しかもイラン人をスタッフに雇っていて気性が荒くとても怖かったです。何故、今敢えて雇っているのかとても不思議です。 二度と泊まりません。"

"Very comfortable bed and large rooms. "

"Silp-Pa Phra is an interesting place alright. First you arrive you think it’s an art gallery but they also have hotel rooms too. The hotel rooms have that art flair too, the room, the bathroom and shower are set out pretty good too. The outside area is very nice and has the tranquility of rural Thailand. I’ve noticed the staff are friendly and could not have been more helpful. If you come to Ayuttaya and need accommodation, I’d recommend Silp-Pa Phra to anyone."
