"Great facility with very friendly and helpful staff. We experienced no kssues or noise from being on the services as the hotel is set back. Onsite American dinner style restaurant was used for breakfast and again great staff and food. Only issue was we had an accessible room (requested) and the wet room didnt drain as it should, apparently a known issue that really needs to be sorted as removed ability to use the toilet after a shower unless you had wellies."

"I had a truly exceptional stay at The Snooty Mehmaan. The experience began even before I arrived, thanks to a thoughtful courtesy call to confirm my check-in. Upon arrival, I was greeted with genuine warmth, and the staff kindly escorted my luggage to a room that was both stunning and impeccably clean. The highlight, however, was the evening meal. Every dish featured incredibly fresh ingredients and was presented with real elegance. I have already booked my return visit and cannot recommend this gem highly enough. "

"We very much enjoyed our stay at The Harcourt Arms. On arrival we were shown to a much bigger room than we were expecting. Very comfortable bed. Nespresso machine and lovely tea bags in the room. The staff couldn't do enough for you. Extremely clean throughout. Fantastic bar with so much choice. Excellent breakfast. Highly recommend. "

"The bedrooms and halls probably needed to be refurbished 30 years ago. They certainly are long overdue a completely overhaul today. The bathroom was grimy and there was no excuse for not providing a single chair in the room. What was the point in providing even the tired dressing/table desk without one?"

"Although didn’t get to see much of the place it certainly had a nice vibe. The room was fine however the heating was a bit unbearable and needs looking at as had to leave the window open all night"

"The staff are always very welcoming and accommodating here, and the food is lovely. Perhaps some of the rooms are looking tired??... Or conversely is it just patina 😇... Which ever way you look at it, they are always clean, comfortable beds and pillows, and plenty of tea, coffee, hot chocolate and biscuits in the room... Thank you staff for another enjoyable few nights stay...👍"

"We were a family of 6 adults, 2 children and a baby staying for a week over new year on The Barn. It was really spacious, but also so cosy and warm. The spaced out bedroom arrangements suited us brilliantly. The log fire was great and the kitchen had everything needed. The bathrooms are lovely to use. All round it was great"
