"The room we had was upgraded to a king room which was nice. The tv went out twice. One night we could only watch our own Netflix. Hotel was close to the train which was convenient. One thing my daughter and I didn’t like was that they don’t have a door to close off the bathroom. There was only a sliding glass door that covered the shower and the toilet."

"We were well taken care of from the time we entered the hotel until checkout. The staff is focused on providing excellent customer service. Great location and beautiful setting. Appreciated that the hotel had several dining options which helped expand the experience offered. We enjoyed the breakfast buffet and dinner at One Twenty One, cocktails on the beautiful terrace and breakfast in The Green Parlour. We had a double room that was a nice size for a European hotel. The only slight downside to the location is that you do hear sounds of the underground trains. We stayed on the 5th floor.. it wasn't loud enough to keep us awake but it's noticeable. We would stay again but probable try for a higher floor next time. Overall great stay. We recommend this hotel for your London visit."
