I’m giving 4 stars only because the checking in process without a reception was difficult even with instruction. Otherwise.. it’s a good place to stay. 15 Minutes walk to the duomo. If you are a light sleeper, the church bells every 30 minutes.

Great accommodation. Room was clean, modern, quite spacious and as described. Stayed one night and it was perfect. This is not a hotel but simply one of a view rooms in what appears to be a renovated office space . I read the reviews before booking and everything is as described. I had zero issues gaining entry when returning at 2am in the morning. Staff explained everything perfectly upon check in. You can feel comfortable booking this place.

Perfect for our needs.

Would recommend Serendipity Rooms to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, reasonably priced room within easy walking distance to the Duomo Cathedral and Piazza. Our only issue was with the dripping condensate from the AC unit, right above the entry door. We had to keep a towel on the floor in order to avoid a puddle. The staff was very friendly and helpful.

Lovely small room right in the center of Milan at a very fair price. Excellent bathroom and shower which was the most important for us when choosing, and a supermarket as well as several restaurants literally right across the street. Within walking distance of any major attractions in the city.
