The location was absolutely perfect for anyone wanting everything within easy reach. The hotel staff were exceptionally friendly, and the room service was always on time. The room temperature was not very cold because it was regulated by a central system, despite having a thermostat in the room. The room size was decent, but the bathroom was quite small and cramped. Additionally, the washroom door swings into the toilet area when opened, which was quite inconvenient. There wasn’t adequate space to hang towels, aside from the towel rack in the bathtub area. Additionally, hand and face towels were not provided initially; we had to request them separately.

This was my first time in Milan. This hotel is not in a tourist and crowded street but it is incredible located in a nice neighborhood. My mom and I felt safe at all times leaving and returning to the hotel after a day of touring, shopping or walking. They conveniently offer a daily breakfast. Be aware this is an old hotel which needs a lot of upgrades. Beds were comfortable. It is very reasonably priced and I will book again if back to Milan because of its increíble location and convenience to different points in the city!

We arrived at check in time and our room was not ready. We had to wait 45 minutes to get our room. The executive room has been recently renovated and it is very nice and clean. I liked that the hotel was near a nice area but I don’t think I would go back because of how rude the lady in the check in desk was.
