"L This place has a wonderfully rustic, cozy feel, and it's just 10 minutes from Mariposa Grove. The staff were genuinely helpful and welcomed us with s'mores, which was a lovely touch. We ate at Jackalope's and the food was very good. The rooms were clean and well maintained, and the gift shop is worth a browse too. We'd definitely stay here again!"

"The hotel is well located, 1/2 hour drive to Yosemite village, near the river, which is lovely, but for the price they charge, they should really have the service to go with it. We had a room with a kitchenette. The room was ok clean but no more than that. the stove was not working right, it was really hard to just warm up water, never mind cooking on it. The pots were really clean though. The bathroom was old, the tile around the tub had a lots of black spots, hopefully it wasn't black mold. They really need to do an upgrade. The tub was huge, with 2 shower heads, which in a hotel that tells you they needs to conserved water was over the top. The towels were also old, They have a great location, but they really need to work on updated for their rooms, and paying attention to details!"

"Amazing place to stay, 20 minutes away from the South entrance. The staff members are really nice and the place is very clean. The bathroom was neat and very close to the bedroom (we got the cabin with shared female bathroom). The free bicycles were a great perk and we really enjoyed riding around the property. Thank you so much!"
