"It is a great and beautiful hotel! The tap water in the bathroom is a little bit small and there are no hangers in the bathroom. Not a big deal, but the improvement would make the hotel experience perfect."

" Breakfast was the highlight! The staff was great and the food was good. However, our room never got cleaned during our 4 night stay. We didn’t get clean towels throughout the week. Our trash was never emptied. Not to mention, the creamer in the room was expired and none was ever replenished. "

Instructions for the in-room coffee machine were not provided and I wasted the only coffee trying to work it. Walls were thin and adjacent guests noisy. But room was attractive and it had a bathtub, a lovely perk."

"Thisis the best hotel to stay for events at thw United Center. Its close enough to the city that you can drive in for other experiences. Breakfast was great, drinks in the afternoon are perfect too."
