I did my reservation through Expedia to stay at the hotel and I put the option shuttle. They said that would link the call with the transportation and stay trying for more than a hour . We called direct to the hotel 4,5 times and nobody got the phone . I was exhausted after 2 days issue with cancelled flies . We did not have a good receptivity of the receptionist night shift He did not even say place of coffee and time, everything had to be asked to him, including about the arrival transport after more than an hour waiting to the shuttle I made a decision to take a Lyft when I got there I asked about the service , he said that close 9:00 pm . The hotel have great structure , clean and comfortable. Reception of the day shift was great completely different from the arrival night shift .

The hotel itself and staf were great. The rooms and public places were always clean and well maintained. The little outside patio by the lake is also charming. The only reason i didn't give 5 stars was because I felt the parking fee is excessive. $20.00 per night on top of the hotel price seems a bit much. Another issue with the parking is that it is paid to another company that isnt on site via a QR code. After paying $60.00 for a 3 night stay I received notice on my windshield the following morning stating I had paid for parking. After letting management know and providing proof of my payment it was taken care of. Over all its a nice place to stay if you don't mind paying extra for the parking.
