"I enjoyed myself "

"They need to improve check in, the room was not ready at 4p. I tried to check in at 12p and 4p, my room was not ready until 445p and others were waiting as well. Upon checking out they did not provide a receipt stated I would get it later after the room was cleaned. I still haven’t received a receipt. They also put a $500 additional hold with the total I paid. Valet is $75 and self parking is $69. There is not any other overnight parking close by. Overall, the hotel is nice and clean. "

"Great beach location. Room was not ready after 4pm. Food and drinks overpriced. Pool’s overcrowded. "

"Excellent hotel within walking distance of all of the shops and restaurants. Easy access to trains and buses into Miami. Breakfast menu was varied with good options of food from the buffet and the breakfast menu. "

"The hotel is in a great location but the room and overall inside of the hotel doesn’t really look like the photos. It is not very clean or well kept. "

"We enjoyed our stay. Amazing location to the beach, great restaurants, beautiful rooftop pool. Can’t be the scene on Ocean Drive!"
