Great location and a very convenient stay in Miami. Check-in was quick and easy, and we were able to get our room without any delays. The express checkout was also very convenient and efficient. Overall, we had a great experience and would definitely consider staying here again. The only minor issue was that the elevators could be slow and crowded during peak hours, but it did not take away from our overall positive experience.

Clean comfortable rooms for a few nights stay. If staying longer than 2-3 days you may want to check out a hotel with larger rooms. For a short stay, room size is perfect. Excellent location. Across the street from Bayside Park with great entertainment and food options for a quick stay. If staying for a cruise, very close to cruise terminals. Only two elevators and only one was optional. Very slow getting to and from rooms.

The hotel was clean and very nicely decorated. It was very conveniently located near the Cruise port. The staff was very professional and accommodating. Our plane landed a bit early and I appreciate that the staff allowed us into our room a little bit earlier than usual check-in time.

The staff were amazing!! However the elevator was not working properly which was not good for people that were on high floors. There was a worker that carried all of our suit cases down to the lobby. He was so helpful.

Great location, central to bayside park, cruise terminals, and cvs, Ross are next door. Great eateries around and public transportation. On-site restaurant was great. Breakfast was tasty, get the omelettes. The staff at restaurant were all friendly and accommodating. Front desk staff at hotel was wonderful. Only thing that sucks is you have to pay for those extra amenities even if you don’t use it.

The hotel has the best location in Bayside; it is close to everything—upscale and budget-friendly restaurants, convenience stores, and much more. I stayed in a tiny room for the first night (just for one night)—exactly what my daughter and I needed. After our cruise, we decided to return to the hotel and paid extra for early check-in, and the receptionist gave us a wonderful room with a view of the park.
