Unit was fine except could use a new mattress. First night had loud music from about 3:30 until 6:00 am. Called front desk who sent security who responded quickly. Took about 20 minutes to get someone to answer door then problem solved. Next day and night they kept slamming their door. Wife caught them about 1:00 am in hallway, that pretty much resolved the issue.

A Nice Getaway
This room on the fourth floor of the Sorrento Tower was perfect size for a family of four. It's about 750sq ft with a large bathroom and many mirrors so all the females in my family had their own mirror to primp before going out at night. Also you decide how many days you want to pay for maid service while staying there. What was an added benefit of the room was the included two free passes to the heated spa pool which came in handy on our rainy days and the included cost of valet parking which can really add up when staying for a week. Booking this room was by far much cheaper, bigger, and all around better than booking a room in the regular hotel. The only thing I could possibly complain about was the elevators in this tower were extremely slow and most of the time I didn't have the patience and just decided to use the stairs since the room is only on the fourth floor but this has nothing to do with the room. Overall I would absolutely book this room again in the future.

Location of hotel and room accommodation are looking a little dated and some renovations are required. Hotel grounds and staff were good. The owner of the rental property was quick to respond to my inquires. Overall it was a good vacation.

The hotel itself has a wonderful vibe but the rooms desperately needs updating. Please be aware that maid service isn’t available for many rooms without a extra fee. In room dining has very odd hours such as 7:00 AM to 11:00 PM. Miami is a party city so in room diving should be twenty four hours. There’s a food truck which isn’t convenient after being out late at night. My floor at Sorrento level was out of wash cloths for two days. I wouldn’t recommend staying here.

Great communication with owner
The hotel is beautiful, and the room was nice. The spa passes were a nice touch, as the spa was quite relaxing. Communication with the owner was excellent. We had trouble getting the hotel to refund an unauthorized hotel fee, but the owner was able to take care of the issue almost immediately.

Amazing Miami weekend
We had the best time on our weekend in Miami. Room was very large but not much of a view. Was blocked by palm trees and mainly a few of roof. There was a pair of underwear and condom wrapper on the roof in front of us. Lol. Hotel needs some refurbishing. Gym equipment was very dirty and bathrooms had no soap or paper towels. Shower in room could use some deep cleaning. Honestly we had a great time and would stay again but for the cleaning fee I was shocked bathroom was not sparkling clean.

Fine, but not perfect……
Suite is just as seen on VRBO site. Staff friendly and helpful. However, it was very difficult communicating with “guest services” at Fountainbleau. Could not speak on phone directly to front desk . Electrical outlet in bathroom was not working properly. Reported it to housekeeping, but no one came to address the problem.

A wonderful experience!

We stayed at the Fontainebleau for a week. This unit on the fourth floor was great. The pool view is slightly obstructed by palm trees and the valet carport can get loud in the morning. There was a door lock and latch that needed some maintenance, but otherwise a fabulous unit and we’d stay here again; although we might opt for a better view. Our first half of the stay was in a unit on the eighth floor owned by the hotel, and had a beach view and a better fridge.

Great winter getaway!
I was able to book this room very easily for a quick 3 night stay. The property manager was available before and during my trip to answer any questions. He provided detailed instructions on how to check in. The room is located on the 4th floor of Sorentto Tower at Fontainebleau Miami. The room is as pictured and offers a great view of the main hotel. The bed is comfortable and the bathroom is spacious with a working hot tub. Staying at Sorrento Tower also allows you to use a private pool on the 5th floor with views of the beach. The bonus of the booking was being provided 2 complimentary passes to the hotels spa. I would recommend this room to someone staying at the Fontainebleau for the first time. However, there are some caveats. 1) The view from the balcony is 6/10, it has limited and obscured view of beach and pool from palm trees and there is a concrete structure just below. If you are not spending a lot time on the balcony, then should not be a problem. 2) The shower took about 7-10 minutes to get hot water flowing every time you turn it on. But after that hot water is plentiful. 3) If you prefer very cold room, the cooling system is limited and mostly blows non AC cool air. Overall, great experience

I took my husband for his birthday aug 16-19 the second day I had to move out from this owner apartment room 403 because there was cockroaches in the room . My second day was waisted because the owner told me to wait in the room to let the exterminator in it was getting late And I had to find another room in a different building . The owner was not very polite and understandable I will never go back there .

Hotel staff friendly and hotel was clean, however, the guests were ridiculous which made the stay
The problem with my room was the misleading statement about my room having an ocean front view. It was but it was blocked by so many trees, so I saw very little of the ocean. That was the main reason for staying there (so disappointed). My problem with the hotel were the guests and the constant smelling of weed! The smell was in the hall, outside on the property and in the front lobby. Just ridiculous. Hotel security should have done a better job. The food was over priced as well especially the beverages ($6.00 for a cup of regular coffee in the restaurant 😳)

Shower door had mold. No soap for dishes, small fridge was not cold enough and didn’t make ice. Took long time to find where to check in and took quite awhile. Didn’t have any towels when checked in. No manager came when an iguana crawled up on my pool chair and started eating my sandwich. They didn’t care to replace my meal or refund the cost(quite expensive paying for a meal I didn’t get to eat and took a long time to get). The drinks were good but too expensive.

Mustafa is Mustawesome
We have been staying at the FB for 5 years but this is the first time renting from Mustafa. Every step of the rental process was first class. He is a very attentive owner with exceptional communication and customer focus. I would highly recommend this unit to anyone planning a visit to Miami Beach.
