"At this time of year it’s forgotten that it’s meant to be a hotel and has overwhelmingly prioritised being a bad night club. Dreadful pounding techno such that the windows in our room vibrated till 11pm. To add insult to injury we’d paid extra for an ocean view room. Staff were indifferent. No late check out as a blanket policy. I think we were an inconvenience "

"Beds were nice, location great, provided beach towels. Room had a fridge which wasn't needed, could have used another desk or table or suitcase rack."

"The property was very beautiful. Location was amazing. The restaurants and bars around were fun and good food but the valet parking is ridiculous its very expensive and you have to walk around the corner to get your car and bring your luggage and carry it very inconvenient for such a nice hotel."

"Place was great considering all the rain. No doormats in the room to dry off wet shoes from outside. Outside noise came through the room very easily. My bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way or stay closed. "

"Hotels.com and this hotel refused to respond to inquiries. Their customer service process is so fractured, we were unable to address our concerns about a reservation for weeks. End result, they charged for a stay I wasn’t even able to check in. I reached out multiple occasions to cancel or address the issue. Beyond offended by both organizations. Please do better and best of luck in all your future endeavors… leave me out."
