A nice gem
The hotel lives up to its reputation. Apart from the beautiful garden, the food was definitely given a thumb up. They supply several homemade items everyday including bread and jam. All of them were very fresh. Breakfast was generous. The four-course dinners were satisfying in terms of taste and creativity. Two choices are available for starter and desert and four for main course and a guest can order two for each course. The portion is not very big so people like me can have both to satisfy curiosity. The room we stayed for our first night is relatively dated and simple yet clean. We moved to another room next day whose toilet is equipped with more modern amenities including a bath. The hotel staff including the hostesses and housekeepers were cheerful and did their jobs very well. Our car was washed complimentarily and it was very much a pleasant surprise. We notice many people stay there for one or two nights, but our view is people can easily spend a longer there and we did eventually -- it had not been our plan. :) Highly recommended.

Paradise in Swaziland
One would not expect such a hotel after the drive over pothole-ridden streets and having seen the extremely simple living conditions all around. Surrounded by a secure fence, there is an island of splendor with great food, local staff, and very international clientele. The food is excellent; the table was always the same and the waiter by name assigned for breakfast and dinner. It’s a happy and beautiful place. Imagine this: you wake up and your car has been secretly washed by good spirits early in the morning, and so it goes on and on. Highly recommended!

Beautifully located on a tree plantation.
Excellent friendly service with all the amenities you may wish. Located in the western highlands, resulting in comfortable temperatures. Well thought out menu allowing you varied dishes to satisfy all tastes. Would go back anytime and highly recommended.

Excellent. Really enjoyed our stay at Foresters. Ruth and the staff are extremely thoughtful and kind. Thank you. Our 7 year old was made to feel very welcome too and emjoyed the horses and swimming.

Great room, lovely night, excellent breakfast, friendly and helpful staff. Nice relaxed start to the following day. I would definitely stay here again. Reception / Manageress very helpful, especially with ongoing directions. Didn't realise that Manzinin was the province and not the location, so went to the wrong area, took a while sorting it out in-situ but got there in the end. Make sure you do your research and preparation properly before setting off, my fault I failed to do this.

A GREAT STOP OVER
We spent a night here on our way further north, it is a lovely location, and most certainly had the best table we experienced anywhere in Swaziland. The staff were very friendly and helpful. I would recommend it anytime.

Gemütliches Hotel in den Bergen von Swasiland. Wer Ruhe mit Stil sucht, wird hier fündig. Gratis Autowäsche nach jeder Tour.

A Hotel to come back again
Excellent (international) cuisin with exciting cookings. Clean, large rooms. Some rooms with own chimney (the chimney was ready prepared to start firing with a single match). The hotel is located in the woods, no noise - just recreation.

Mehrgängiges hervorragendes und äußerst preiswertes Abendessen ist eigentlich obligatorisch. Dazu ein sehr zuvorkommender Service. Sogar das Auto steht am nächsten Morgen gewaschen da.

Das Hotel ist sehr in die Jahre gekommen! Die Zimmer sehr einfach eingerichtet und nicht sehr ansprechend! Deko fehlte komplett. Das Abendessen war sehr gut und im Preis/leistungsverhältnis ok

Tolles Hotel auf dem Weg durch Swaziland
wir waren 1 nacht im hotel und konnten die vielen angebote nicht ausprobieren. sehr freundliches personal, tolles abendessen und frühstück.man fühlt sich in der zeit zurückversetzt.perfekt für die durchreise.

Bellissima atmosfera ed accoglienza, sembra di essere in un cottage inglese, camini accesi .. tutto perfetto. La cena molto ma molto buona e ad un prezzo davvero bassissimo se rapportato alla qualità, quantità e al servizio. Purtroppo ci siamo fermati solo una notte, ma le escursioni che si possono fare nei dintorni devono essere molto belle. La proprietaria alla nostra partenza ci ha comunque illustrato le cose da vedere durante la strada di ritorno verso Johannesburg. Imperdibile per chi dovesse visitare lo Swaziland.

De passage au Swaziland, cet hôtel a été une remarquable étape. En plus la voiture nous a été rendue lavée. Le personnel est très agréable et l'ambiance est chaleureuse aussi bien au bar, qu'au salon ou au restaurant. Les conseils de la patronne se sont révélés exacts. A ne pas manquer

schöne, ruhige Lage und nettes Personal
Zimmer sauber und gemütlich - mit Kamin, den man in der kalten Jahreszeit wohl auch braucht. Heizkörper gibt es auch sowie Handtuchwärmer. Das Menue abends ist sehr gut und sehr preiswert

Ein super Hotel
Ein schönes Hotel in Kolonialstil gehalten. Der Service ist 1A und kulinarisch hat es auch einiges zu bieten! Überdurschnittlich gut fanden wir die kostenlose Autowäsche, was wir nach dem Krügerpark dringend benötigten. Ein absolut empfehlenswertes Hotel

Grazioso hotel nel mezzo della foresta ... le camere affacciate sul giardino curatissimo sono carine ma il pezzo forte è il corpo centrale della struttura! La zona bar ed il portico sono meravigliosi ma la sorpresa sarà cenare nella sala da pranzo coloniale al lume di candela. Le cameriere personali in abito tipico ti faranno tornare indietro nel tempo!!! Meraviglioso! Un plauso alla titolare per la cortesia e disponibilità!

Wij vonden het hotel zelf een beetje zijn beste tijd gehad hebben. Was een prima hotel om een nachtje te overnachten op doorreis in Swaziland. Lekker avondeten en prima ontbijt. 1 Nachtje was genoeg voor ons.

Merveilleux endroit
Nous y avons séjourné 1 nuit, l'hôtel est situé en pleine campagne, la chambre offre une vue panoramique sur la piscine et des chevaux. Le service est parfait, notamment lors de la gestion d'un incident sur notre véhicule de location (appel de la société de location, changement de roue, etc...)

Wir nutzten das Hotel als Zwischenübernachtung bei Durchreise vom Krüger nach St.Lucia. Hotel dazu ideal, man kann die Sehenswürdigkeiten Swazilands alle problemlos erreichen. Vielleicht auch für längeren Aufenthalt, z.b. wandern. Hotel sehr romantisch und gemütlich im englischen Landhausstil. Offene Kamine in allen Räumen ( auch in unserem Zimmer- mit Brennholz! ), gemütliche Bar, Leseraum und Restaurant mit toller Küche ( Abendessen und Frühstück sehr lecker). Sauberkeit des Zimmers, Personal so wie es sein sollte. Überragend- das Bett und die Aussicht auf Grundstück ( Wiese, Wald, Tiere, Pool, Blumen etc). Auto wurde auch hier gewaschen. Sehr empfehlenswert, wären gern noch einen Tag länger geblieben.

Gutes Essen, freundliches Personal, jedoch alle Nebenleistungen extra zu bezahlen. Ok für eine Nacht, aber nicht länger. Badezimmer sind sehr veraltet und bedürfen einer Renovierung.
