"We went only to the adult pool. Got good service but when getting a drink, it was like asking a robot. He did it but I dont like an eye roll"

"We had a great room and experience except for the large cockroach that I had to kill in the bathroom. My wife could not rest at night after that. "

"Breakfast buffet was pretty good, staff pleasant. Property was in a good location and condition, nothing to complain about. I only didn’t understand why I couldn’t buy food or drinks and put them on my room account and pay on checkout. People on check in and check out could have speed up a bit, it took a way too long compared with hotels in US."
