We knew this property was a little bit off the direct Camino path but it was well worth it! We would absolutely stay here again. It was one of our favorites!"

Yeah I know pilgims are meant to stay in 10 euro Alberges but after a long day walking and the risk of rain it was good to have a night pre booked at Casa Brandariz where we warmed up by an open fire, were served delicious home cooked food and local wine, and slept soundly in a comfy bed with en suite facilities. The next morning a more than we could eat breakfast was provided. The proprieter arranged a pick up from Arzua (we phoned him when we got there) and return the next morning.
