Property has a large private screened in porch with plenty of seating area, a private entrance, and gorgeous views of the Mermentau River and surrounding scenery.
We offer a private boat launch for guests to use near the property. Guests can fish off of the large decks on the river or launch a kayak to take an evening boat ride. Our guests also have access to the large fenced-in pool during permitting seasons.

No pets are allowed in the rental, BUT we do offer an onsite pet apartment that your pet can stay in. Pet apartment has plenty of room for your fur buddy, large bathing area, fenced-in pet yard, and also has central air and heat! Pet apartment is available for rent during your stay for a single payment of $150 , this charge is non-refundable. We are now offering kayak rentals during your stay! Kayak rentals are $25 per day per kayak and include a life jacket and paddle!
