"Very close to airport, literally a 5 minute drive from parking lot to parking lot. The original room they put us in was small, very out dated and inconveniently a distance away from parking. Lots of stairs and once we got all luggage in, discovered that the Air Conditioning unit was not working. They did place us in a unit in the main building that was more accommodating with working air. We only needed in for one night, so it served its purpose. "

"9/10 Remote part of the island but amazing views and good privacy. All the porches make outdoor living perfect with plenty of shade. The roads are terrible everywhere on the island so that’s to be expected. The main house was clean and functional, the lower level was a little musty but we didn’t need to use that kitchen. You have to go outside to get to the lower bedrooms/ living area but it’s not a big deal. The bathroom fixtures are a little dated but functional. Beautiful landscaping with lots of wildlife (tortoises, Iguanas, birds, hermit crabs…ect.). Power for AC can be hit and miss but that’s an island issue for the time we were there. We were there at peak time so pricing is going to be higher than normal I suppose. Overall, good place off the beaten path in paradise."

"Everything was perfect,it looked exactly like the picture but better in person. Very clean, checking in was a piece of cake once I found it lol. Definitely would stay again. Thank you for having us. "

"When I say pictures don’t even begin to do this property justice I mean it! We had the most incredible stay here with 12 adults and 2 small children. Between the pool and sandy bay beach we rarely left the preserve. My biggest piece of advice is stock up on more groceries than you think you’ll need so you don’t have to make the trek back to town. We also hired chef Josh for a dinner one night and it was amazing! "

"The location was difficult to find and the property looked pretty rough from the road. And the driveway to get to the house was very rough.Some attention could be paid to approve appearances and approve things such as a pitted range hood, cracked sink, slow bathroom faucet, very rough sliding door, etc.The host was very responsive to our communication and met each of our requests.Overall it was a nice place to stay. It was really nice to set on the porch in the mornings and watch the ocean."

"We had a wonderful stay! The views were absolutely stunning—every room offered a beautiful look at the ocean, which made the whole experience feel extra special. The home was fully equipped with everything we needed, making it comfortable and easy to settle right in. The host was also fantastic, responding quickly and helpfully to any questions we had along the way.The only thing to note is that the drive down to the property is a bit crazy, but once you arrive, it’s completely worth it. Overall, a fantastic place to stay—we’d definitely come back!"

"I recently stayed here for my birthday. The best thing about this place is the view and the nice floors. I came to celebrate my birthday end of March. This house is up the mountain so be prepared to deal with that. Getting a ride up here & back if you don’t rent is going to be difficult some days! I’ve stayed at other properties that are way more welcoming. There is not a welcome note or goodies. There is no one to greet you. It’s just a turnkey property. I’ve stayed at those, but even then there was a personalized note to welcome you and thank you for visiting with a personalized coffee set up or a few snacks. This place is not inviting. The customer service is lacking. She did have pods for washing, but I did have my own. She has old pots that should be discarded. Also the constant internet lagging and no WiFi or not working at all was frustrating. We could barely get the tv to work. We were in the dark for basically 2 nights. No power! Not able to flush the toilets which is connected to their system. No AC. Nothing! I came back on the evening of my birthday to this & couldn’t even enjoy my leftovers, music, drinks. Waste of food and money. While in the dark we were getting ate up like crazy! I have so many marks from the bites on my legs from that trip. She needs to exterminate. The cleaner did give us spray bc we saw ants and other lil bugs all around. Worst place I ever stayed & would not return. Please invest in your property & Wi-Fi. Back up generator is a must! "

"Positives: Property had everything mentioned AND the roaring sound of the sea to help carry you off to a deep sleep each night. Beautiful property with beautiful views. Negatives: Unresponsive host, lack of transparency regarding the regularity of island wide power outages that knock out not only the power, but also hot water access, and internet (Wi-Fi), lack of cellphone service due to the the aforementioned and the limited number of towers on the island, and the property not having a backup generator for the regular island wide power outages. I am so very glad that I decided against purchasing groceries Monday when I got in. I would have been SUPER pissed about the groceries spoiling due to the lack of power for a large part of the day Tuesday. Due to the unpredictability of the regularly reoccurring power outages, I decided against buying perishable food items during my stay. Suggestion: Adding a back up generator to the property. "
